Aerotensity® is an advanced version of exclusive and distinctive aerobics. It combines moderate-intensity exercises with high-intensity exercises (HIIT), using body weight for quick dynamic movements. This class is designed to deliver rapid and satisfying results within a short period.
It burns calories during the session and activates the body's metabolism to continue burning calories even 48-72 hours after the class.
Certificate:
This course qualifies you to become a certified trainer with an internationally recognized certification from EuroReps, UAE Reps, and Australia Reps. It also grants automatic access to FET Global membership, including updates on information, releases, and music every six months, and earns 16 points in the UAE Fitness Professionals Register (the highest score).
