A Super Set is a type of circuit training that targets two muscle groups back-to-back without rest between sets.
There are several types of Super Set training, including training the primary and antagonistic muscles, training two different areas, and also combining a large muscle with a small muscle. We have integrated the aforementioned elements into a challenging and exciting session that pushes you to muscle failure or the point of muscle discomfort through consecutive training without rest, achieving impressive results in a short period.
